That's because we understand that your pets are a part of your family - you shouldn't have to imagine life without them. Pet Policy:
- Woodland Heights Apartments allows cats and dogs.
- We welcome pets upon approval by our staff.
- There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment.
- Our pet policy does have some breed restrictions. Please get in touch with the office for more information.
Pet Fees
- $350 one-time non-refundable pet fee per apartment
- $45 monthly pet fee for each pet
